The Descendents of
Isaac and Sarah Gray

My grandmother, Dorothy Gray O'Harrow Davis, compiled the long family history of her family name (Gray) dating back to the original migration of Isaac and Sarah Gray (pictured above) and their six children from the Isle of Wight in 1829. Upon arrival in the U.S., the family moved to Rushville, IN in 1830, and subsequently to Coatsburg, IL in 1836 where they settled and, six generations later, eventually produced me and my siblings. I intend to document the history of this family on this page in the months to come. Stay tuned.
