This was the American Premiere of this play with the original production produced by the Belfast Theatre Company, Charabanc. With humor and song, it is the story of the attempt to unionize the linen mills in Northern Ireland at the turn of the century. This play received wide acclaim and was the first production of Charabanc Theatre which disbanded in the summer of 1995.
