Chemical Inventory Program

To use the inventory, a username and password is required.

To set up your inventory, contact OSU's Chemical Hygiene Officer by email.

Minimum information needed:

• Name of chemical owner (PI or other responsible individual) and locations of chemicals.

• Employee ID number (NOT social security number)

Additional information (not required for inventory; required for training records):

• Names and ID numbers of employees supervised by responsible individual
