Brief shell, ftp, SMB and MySQL server downtime 8/23/08 6:00am

The CWS shell, FTP, SMB and MySQL database server will be offline
tomorrow at 6:00am, Saturday, August 23rd, 2008 to apply a kernel
update.

Full service will be restored by 6:30am.

Websites which do not rely upon database connectivity will be completely
functional during this maintenance.

Drupal websites which use a database back end will default to serving up
a local cached copy of their content during this outage.

Websites which do rely upon database connectivity will experience an
outage during this window, where attempted queries will fail.
